Yoga with Lizzie
 | Yoga With Lizzie is a dynamic and fun yoga class in Inverloch. Yoga provides a wonderful chance to stretch, move, energise, lengthen the muscles, breathe and relax in this ancient art. Improve your balance, your core, your confidence and your strength. Renew and rejuvenate with Yoga with Lizzie. All equipment supplied. The RSL Hall has plenty of parking and is cool in summer, and warm in Winter, with a choice of carpeted areas and floorboards. |

Offshore Surf School
 | So you're thinking of learning to surf? Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed. As the saying goes, "only a surfer knows the feeling". It's an ddictive sport and after you've had your lessons in a safe and positive environment, you will understand why people travel around the globe looking for waves. Everything is provided in your 2 hour lesson fee (board, wetsuit and sunscreen). Individuals and groups welcome. Offshore Surf Hire is also available: surfboards, body boards, wetsuits, stand-up paddle boards and snorkelling gear so you can have a go yourself or keep practising after your lessons.
