Boat launching areas of varying standards are located at Corinella, Coronet Bay, Cowes, Flat Rocks, Grantville, Inverloch, Lang Lang foreshore, Mahers Landing, Newhaven and Rhyll.

Council manages the Cowes, Inverloch, Newhaven and Rhyll boat ramps.  You must purchase a boat ramp permit if you want to use these facilities.  The money raised from the permits is used to improve recreational boating facilities in the Shire.  Council welcomes your suggestions as to where and how these funds can be used.
