Our Health and Wellness Centre allows you to workout in the fully equiped gymnasium under the supervision of our internatially trained fitness crew before you soak in the Spa or a stint in the Steam Room. If you prefer to be pampered our Beauty Salon with Qualified Hairdressers offering a range of services. A wide range of treatments and massages are also available including Remidial and Sports massage, Relaxation and Pregnancy massages, Ear Candling and Cupping Oriental intervention for all over Health and Wellness just to name a few.

Yoga with Lizzie

   

Yoga With Lizzie is a dynamic and fun yoga class in Inverloch. Yoga provides a wonderful chance to stretch, move, energise, lengthen the muscles, breathe and relax in this ancient art. Improve your balance, your core, your confidence and your strength. Renew and rejuvenate with Yoga with Lizzie. All equipment supplied. The RSL Hall has plenty of parking and is cool in summer, and warm in Winter, with a choice of carpeted areas and floorboards.

Summer Hours: "Yoga with Lizzie" Closes December 18 till  January 1.

all classes resume (for 2 weeks-- all classes) January 2 until January 15th.
