This rural retreat offers the best of both worlds, with a range of walking tracks to suit all abilities, fantastic beaches and attractions not far away, yet the serenity of the rolling hills and beautiful landscape awaiting you to come and soak it all in!

The Cottage is a renovated miner’s cottage, with two bedrooms containing one queen and one double bunk. North facing kitchen with all the modern conveniences, Separate lounge area, TV, DVD, CD player and split systems for heating and cooling. This self contained cottage comes complete with a large bathroom including washing machine and outdoor clothes line. Large glass sliding doors from the Kitchen/Dinning open up onto the large deck overlooking rolling hills, it is just simply stunning.

The bungalow is one large room with ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette. Room consists of queen size bed, TV, DVD, IPod clock radio. Large glass doors lead out onto the under cover deck, overlooking beautiful rolling hills.

The Cape Paterson Camping and Caravan Park is situated along the foreshore reserve at Cape Paterson. It is planned out to take advantage of the natural setting and proximity to the beaches. We have a wide variety of van or tent sites and self-contained on suite cabins, most set amongst the tea-tree and being a short stroll from the beaches, rock pools and dunes.

For fishing, surfing, swimming, walking or just relaxing in beautiful surroundings - it doesn’t get much better than this!

House on the Hill B&B has fabulous views of the surrounding farmland ,the ocean and Powlett River.

This is a magnificent homestead which has been refurbished and offers visitors guest house type accommodation or the more private personal unit. The guesthouse rooms have a double bed, bathroom with bath and toilet, and garden views. Guests have the use of the lounge area with seating and views of the ocean and farmland, and also the use of the breakfast room with similar views. There is also a conservatory with views which is available for the use of all guests. This area is a wonderful open room protected from the elements which is perfect for reading, eating or relaxing in front of the TV. A full laundry is also available for the use of guests with washer, dryer and sink. The private unit is located off the conservatory and is semi self contained with a large fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses for the use of guests. This unit also has a lounge room with TV and VCR, books and videos. There are 2 bedrooms – one with a set of bunks and a single and the other with a double bed. Also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Smoking is outside only, pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and at the owners discretion and children are more than welcome, although parents please note the presence of a dam on the farm. Linen and breakfast are included in the tariff – evening meals by arrangement.
Directions: From the Anderson roundabout carry straight on to Densleys Road. Turn left into Densleys Road and the property is on the ridge of the hill.

Directions (if you are coming from Melbourne): Follow the signs to Phillip Island/Wonthaggi. Continue on the Bass Hwy to the entrance to Wonthaggi and turn right into South Dudley Road. Continue on and the Caravanpark Entrance is on the right.
